Price Protection
When you sign up with Liberty you will get a fair price, and that price will be guaranteed in writing. Your service agreement says that your charges will not change for at least a year.
Sign and return a copy of the Liberty Residential Service Agreement to activate your price protection.


We know that heating, electricity, cable TV, and other household expenses can unexpectedly spike, but Liberty will not bring you unpleasant surprises.

When you do business with us you will always enjoy "value pricing".

We will never telemarket or sell into a neighborhood with a "lowball" price that sounds too good to be true. These predatory prices are often designed to get your business and then follow on a few months later with huge increases. We don’t play that game, we are your neighbors, we respect your patronage, and we price fairly.

If anybody contacts you by phone, or at the front door, or with a flyer, call us right away. We deserve a chance to match the price if we think it is fair.  

Cancellation requires 30 days notice and your last bill will include a $15 cart pickup fee and $15 cart cleaning fee.
